Due to the custom nature of our products items are not eligible for return and/or exchange. We are NOT responsible for any spelling errors or any missing personalization details that you may have left out. If this were to happen, we will happily have your order remade with your corrected details at an additional discounted cost to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
