Our turnaround time is 3-5 business days before shipping. Turnaround time has no bearing on shipping times. Shipping times are dependent on the shipping method selected at your point of checkout. Please note that we have no control over shipping times, and delays may occur on behalf of the USPS. Please allow additional time for any potential Customs delays on international orders. 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products items are not eligible for return and/or exchange. We are NOT responsible for any spelling errors or any missing personalization details that you may have left out. If this were to happen, we will happily have your order remade with your corrected details at an additional discounted cost to you.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
